Pricing and Discounts

We offer attractive discounts to our dealers, and we refer customer inquiries to the nearest dealer. Technical support is available to our dealers, and our warranty support is second to none.


Depending upon your location and the items ordered, shipping will be from our premises in Petawawa or from our fulfillment centre in Brampton. In some cases, shipment may be directly from the manufacturer. In every case, we work to ensure that you get what you need, when you need it, at an affordable shipping cost. We will use your carrier and account if you prefer. We can drop ship to your customer if you like, and will send only a packing slip without pricing in such cases.


We do not have minimum order levels, but we do require some level of ongoing activity in order to maintain your status as a dealer. Pricing does depend on order size. You can order by phone, fax, email or through our webstore.


Payment terms of net 30 are available upon completion and approval of a credit application. Payment can be made by credit card at the time of purchase, or if terms are accepted then by cheque, EFT, or email transfer. We charge 2% per month for overdue accounts, and suspend shipments until the account is up to date.
