Refund policy

We accept refunds and exchanges.

Returns 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email sales@glenergy.ca to obtain, complete and submit a Return Material Authorization (RMA) application form. Refunds and exchanges will not be applicable to personalized products, products specially ordered or products on sale.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your purchase must have been within 30 days of your request and the product must be in new and re-sellable condition with the original blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. For exchanged orders, any price difference from the original order will either be credited to or debited from the original payment method used to place the order.

 Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
